Easy to prepare, our duck confit leg is set to impress anyone that you're cooking for, even yourself! Made in our own retail store on the regular, we've got the difficult steps done, and you just have to do the easy work.
- Submerge the whole packet in a pot of freshly boiled water off the stove for 5 to 10 minutes
- Remove the leg from the packet
- Sear the leg on the skin side on high heat till crispy
- Serve and enjoy
