Mr Farmer delivers perishable products to your doorstep, all products will not be refunded or exchanged once accepted.

Our delivery staff will present a Mr Farmer invoice for you to sign. You will have accepted the delivery once you have checked the goods and signed on the invoice.

If the customer is not available when our delivery personnel has arrived at the destination during the stipulated time chosen by the customer and given a call, our delivery personnel will leave a note and any re-delivery charges would be on the customer.
