Stir Fry Chinese Lettuce

Ingredients:
1 pkt – MrFarmer.sg Chinese Lettuce
1 Clove – MrFarmer.sg Garlic
2 Tablespoon – Oyster Sauce

Directions:
Stir-fry garlic till fragrant, add in MrFarmer.sg Chinese Lettuce and stir fry until just limp, add in oyster sauce, stir for another 15 seconds and serve.

 


 

Old Cucumber Soup

Ingredients:
1 pcs – MrFarmer.sg Old Cucumber Slice 1.5 inch thick
200g – MrFarmer.sg Gooralie Pork Ribs
1 pcs – MrFarmer.sg Carrot Large Chunks
8 pieces – Dried Scallop
1 piece – Dried Cuttlefish
10 pieces – Red Dates

Directions:
Blanch pork for a few minutes, and discard the scum and water. In a soup pot, add all the rest of the ingredients and put it to high fire. After boil, reduce to simmer and add salt to taste.

 


 

Shimeiji Chicken

Ingredients:
1 pkt – MrFarmer.sg GG French Poulet Chicken Slice
1 pkt – MrFarmer.sg Shimeiji Mushroom
1 Tablespoon – MrFarmer.sg Ginger Minced
¼ Teaspoon – Sesame Oil
½ Teaspoon – Soy Sauce

Directions:
Marinate the chicken with sesame oil and soy sauce and cornflour. Heat the pan and add the chicken and cook the chicken to approximately 80% cooked. Add in minced ginger and stir well. Then after, add in mushroom and stir for approximately 1 minute until cooked.

Soy Glazed Beef and Udon Noodles

Ingredients:
1 pkt – MrFarmer.sg Beef Slice
1 pkt – MrFarmer.sg Chinese Cabbage sliced thinly
1 pkt – MrFarmer.sg Snow Pea
500g – Udon Noodles
2 tablespoon – Soy Sauce
1 teaspoon – Sesame Oil

Directions:
Stir-fry garlic till fragrant, add in MrFarmer.sg Beef slice and quickly stir fry until just cooked important to not overcook! Once done, remove beef from the skillet and do no wash the pan. Add in oil and the cut vegetables back to the same pan and stir fry until soft. Add in the udon noodles and all the liquid and cook the noodles. When just about done, add back the cooked beef slices, then stir until combined.

 


 

Tomato Egg

Ingredients:
4 – MrFarmer.sg Barney’s Barn Eggs
½ pkt – MrFarmer.sg Tomato Diced
1 teaspoon – Shaoxin Wine
2 tablespoon – Ketchup

Directions:
Whip the eggs with shaoxin wine until thoroughly combined. In a medium heated pan, add in egg mixture and stir quickly. Do not overcook the eggs. Once achieving desired texture, remove the eggs from the pan and set aside. Add in the tomatoes and cook until soft. Add in ketchup and cook until simmering and finally add in the cooked eggs and mix thoroughly. Serve immediately.

Hearty Italian Fare

Chicken Cacciatore

Ingredients:
2 pkt – MrFarmer.sg GG French Poulet Leg Steaks
½ pkt – MrFarmer.sg Tomato
1 pkt – MrFarmer.sg Sweet Pea
½ pkt – MrFarmer.sg Yellow Onion diced
2 cloves – MrFarmer.sg Garlic finely diced
1 teaspoon – Dried Oregano Leaves
2 tablespoon – Tomato Sauce

Directions:
Season chicken with salt and pepper and cook in pan. If required, cook in batches and be careful not to overcook the chicken. Once cooked, remove chicken from pan, and set aside. Using the same pan, add in garlic and onion and cook until fragrant. Add in tomato, tomato sauce, sweet pea and simmer. Once sauce simmers, add in oregano leaves and stir well. Once done, add in cooked chicken and baste chicken with sauce.

 


 

Simple Salad

Ingredients:
1 pkt – MrFarmer.sg Romaine Lettuce
4 tblspoon – Grated Parmesan
¼ cup – Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tablespoon – Dijon Mustard
2 tablespoon – Balsamic Vinegar

Directions:
Whisk the parmesan, mustard, vinegar in a small bowl, once mixed, add in olive oil and whisk fast. Season the vinaigrette with salt and pepper. Once achieve desired taste, add toss the lettuce with the vinaigrette and serve immediately.

Fried Rice with HK Cai Xin and Chicken

Ingredients:
2 pkt – MrFarmer.sg GG French Poulet Leg Cube
1 pkt – MrFarmer.sg Barney Barn Eggs
2 cloves – MrFarmer.sg Garlic finely diced
4 – MrFarmer.sg HK Cai Xin shredded

Directions:
Season chicken with salt and pepper and cook in a pan until cooked. Remove chicken from pan. Mix the eggs and cook on skillet until firm. Remove eggs from pan. Stir fry garlic until fragrant, and add in rice and mix well. Then add in HK Cai Xin and stir for 2-3 minutes. Then add in the chicken and egg and stir well. Serve immediately.

Perfect for the rainy day, finish till the very last drop. Good with rice or pasta.

Mr Farmer’s Farmers Chicken Stew

Ingredients:
1 ltr – MrFarmer.sg GG French Poulet Bone Broth *
1 pkt – MrFarmer.sg GG French Poulet Half Cut 4
1 pcs – MrFarmer.sg Carrot cube
1 pkt – MrFarmer.sg Radish cube

Directions:
Season chicken with salt and pepper and cook in a pan until brown. Remove chicken from pan. Pour in 80% of MrFarmer.sg GG French Poulet Bone Broth and add in carrot and radish. If you prefer potatoes to other carbohydrates, you should also add in now. Add cornflour to the reserved bone broth. Once the carrot is soft to touch, add in the starch mixture and mix well. Add in the cooked chicken at the end and bring to boil.

 


 

Quick Fry Nai Bai

Ingredients:
1 pkt – MrFarmer.sg Nai Bai
1 clove – MrFarmer.sg Garlic Thinly Slice

Directions:
Add in thinly slice garlic to hot pan and cook until golden brown. Add in Nai Bai and stir fry for 1 minute, serve immediately.

Naigamo with pork rib soup

Ingredients:
200ml – MrFarmer.sg GG French Poulet Bone Broth *
200g – MrFarmer.sg Gooralie Pork Ribs
1 pc – MrFarmer.sg Naigamo skinned and thinly sliced

Directions:
Blanch pork for a few minutes, and discard the scum and water. In a soup pot, add all the rest of the ingredients with water and put it to high fire. After boil, reduce to simmer for 45 minutes and add salt to taste

 


 

Quick Fry French Beans

Ingredients:
2 – MrFarmer.sg Barney Barn Eggs
1 clove – MrFarmer.sg Garlic Thinly Slice
1 pkt – MrFarmer.sg French Beans Trimmed

Directions:
After heating pan, add in eggs and stir well, for 15 seconds and set aside. Add in garlic and cook until golden. Add in French beans and cook for 2 minutes, add in eggs and serve immediately
