How can I be eligible for free delivery?

Deliveries are free for orders above $50. A flat fee of $18 will be charged for deliveries below $18

Is it possible to change my delivery date?

Yes you can, but you’ll have to email us at ahlim@mrfarmer.sg or send us a message on Instagram (@mrfarmer.sg) to check if there are still delivery slots available. There won't be any guarantees that your delivery slot can be changed, so fastest fingers first!

If I’m not home during my delivery, what will happen?

Our delivery drivers will give you a call if they are unable to locate you during a delivery. If there are no answers, your order will be sent back and you will have to incur a $18 delivery charge for re-delivery.

Can I leave my order at the door if I’m not home?

We do not recommend this as our orders are delivered in cardboard boxes instead of styrofoam boxes in efforts to save the environment, and the cardboard boxes do not keep the products chilled once they are out of our chilled delivery trucks?

Are your products transported chilled?

Yes, deliveries are all made with our chilled delivery truck, ensuring that your orders remain cool and safe-to-consume.

Can I request for my items to be specially cut?

We don't do custom cutting services for our online store at the moment, but services are available at our retail outlet!

When is the cut-off time for next day delivery?

The cut-off time for next day delivery is 11AM the day before.

 

When are you bringing your processed items like the meatballs and chicken schnitzels online?

We are working very hard on that and they should be available very soon!

Can I refund my order once it has been placed?

Refunds are subject to our internal assessment and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
