Level up your roast chicken with this recipe, using our very own organic GG French Poulet! This moderately simple recipe brings out the high-quality flavour and texture of the chicken while locking in all the juices as well. Impress your friends and family with this mouthwatering and succulent roast chicken!
- A medium GG French Poulet (1.3-1.5kg)
- 50g Anthony the Spice Maker Oriental Spices mix
- 20g Anthony the Spice Maker Smoky Pepper mix
- 60g oyster sauce
- 30g light soy sauce
- 20g sesame oil
- Preheat the oven at 170 °C
- In a small bowl, mix all the spices and sauces together thoroughly
- With your hands, thoroughly lather the chicken with the mix
- Place the chicken on a tray and cling wrap the chicken tightly
- Place the chicken into the chiller for at least 3 hours
- Remove the chicken from the chiller and let it sit on the counter for 10 minutes
- Roast the chicken in the oven for 45 minutes
- Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes
- Cut and serve!
