Chicken Leg Confit

Easy to prepare, our GG chicken leg confit is set to impress anyone that you're cooking for, even yourself! Made in our own retail store on the regular, we've got the difficult steps done, and you just have to do the easy work.

Cooking Instructions:

• Submerge the whole packet in a pot of freshly boiled water off the stove for 5 to 10 minutes
• Remove the leg from the packet
• Sear the leg on the skin side on high heat till crispy
• Serve and enjoy

GG French Poulet whole leg, GG French Poulet fat, salt, black pepper, dried chilli, star anise, cinnamon, cumin, cardamom, bay leaf, coriander seed, garlic, rosemary, thyme, fennel, mustard seeds and juniper berries.
